What's on your page

Everything a customer needs to choose you.

One page, built for phones, that loads fast and says exactly what you do — pulled from your WhatInvoice profile, so there's nothing to design.

🎨

Stylish, done for you

A polished one-pager branded to your business — no templates to wrestle, no designer to pay.

📍

Address & area

Where you are and where you work, so local customers know you're one of them.

💬

Click-to-WhatsApp

A big button that opens a chat with you — no phone numbers to copy, no forms to fill.

🧾

Your services, listed

Everything you offer, laid out clearly — the same trades and packages you already use on invoices.

📅

Online bookings

A "Book an appointment" form that turns a visitor into a saved customer and a booking in your diary.

How a booking works

From "book now" to a confirmed slot.

A booking is a request — you're always in control. Here's every step, and exactly how each person hears about it.

📅

1 · A customer books on your site

They tap Book an appointment, pick a service and a day, and leave their name and number. The person is instantly saved to your customer list — a web booking is a new customer, automatically.

🔔

2 · You get pinged — two ways

A "New booking request" lands with you the moment it comes in, so you never miss one:

✉️ Email — always lands
👍

3 · You confirm or decline — one tap

Open the 📅 Bookings tab in your portal, see the whole week, and tap Confirm or Decline. Add walk-ins and phone-ins here too, so your diary is complete.

4 · Your customer hears back

The moment you decide, the customer is emailed — "your booking is confirmed" or a polite decline with a nudge to rebook. Nothing for you to type.

✉️ Email — to the customer

5 · A day-before reminder goes out

The no-show killer: confirmed bookings get an automatic reminder the day before — a WhatsApp message, with email as backup. They show up; you get paid.

Questions people ask

Does it cost extra?

No. The website and online bookings are included on every plan — free too. You can turn bookings off any time if you'd rather just have the page.

Do I need to build anything?

No. Log in to your portal, tap 🌐 My website, pick a look — your name, trade and contact details are already filled in — and Publish. You're live at yourname.whatinvoice.uk.

Is it a real-time calendar?

It's a request-and-confirm system, not a live slot booker. Customers ask for a day and a rough time; you approve. That keeps you in control and works for trades where every job is a different length.

Where do the bookings go?

Into your WhatInvoice portal's Bookings tab, and every person becomes a saved customer — so your next invoice to them is even faster.

Can I put the link on my invoices?

Yes. In Settings, choose to show your website link on your invoices or WhatsApp messages — every document you send becomes a quiet advert.
